Sponsorship for the 2008 Long Drive Championship of Finland has been finalised and it has just been announced by organiser Janos Uotila that there will be a total prize fund of inexcess of 8000 euro. This splendid event, hosted by the Espoo Ringside Golf Club just outside Helsinki, is a firm favourite among the regulars and not to be missed by any aspirational long driver who wants to compete against the very best in Europe.
